  I had very positive and negative reviews. First and foremost the hotel room cleaner Alicja was absolutely lovely gave me fresh bin bags, the room was spotless after she left and she was very helpful and done a very extremely good job. I suffered with a kidney stone and the restaurant staff member from Guinness was very helpful and such a diamond he brought food up to me when I was at my lowest bedridden and translated everything and went above and beyond he 5* to him I couldn't say thankyou anymore 🙏. Now the hotel room had no shower gel, the people outside the room were noisy, the stairs are very dangerous, the floor had cracks in the bathroom tiles, the toilet was clean, the bed were fairly comfortable so overall it was about 2.5/3 out of 5 stars for the hotel room. However the staff were exceptionable good and made my stay very welcoming.

  We spent the weekend at the hotel and were very pleased. The rooms are very clean, the staff is helpful. Convenient location in the city center. Nearby are shops, cafes and bars. Best price we found in the area. I recommend it to everyone

  Rooms are reasonably priced. Very good location. I didn't have complaints with noise as previous reviews, but maybe it's exclusive to the weekend. Everything is close by. The bus stop is walking distance. The room service did its job. Ordered a double bed, got two single beds,might have been a miscommunication on the website. Overall, I liked it.

  That was the dirtiest hotel in my life, the room was freezing cold, there was toxic mold on the ceiling above the bed, water was running from under the bed! I slept with my winter jacket on and got sick, probably from the toxic gases from the mold! There was no one at the reception so we couldn't even change the room! My request for a refund still hasn't been responded to! If I don't get my money today, I'll file a criminal complaint against your hotel!

  Unfortunately, the owner is not capable to provide a company invoice. There has been nobody from staff in place when I stayed in the hotel, the keys had been disposed to gain access to the premises. Even though I called several times and wrote several mails, nobody responded. Very bad service all in all.
