  Standard rooms lack air conditioning. A tiny table fan is available which does not help in 30 degree weather. I requested to be moved to an air conditioned room by the paying the difference in the room charges however the request was denied as i was part of a tour group. This seems to be very discriminatory as all guests should have an equal opportunity to upgrade to the AC rooms. Breakfast was fine with multiple options available.

  The hotel itself is visually appealing, but unfortunately, the overall experience was far from comfortable. In the midst of hot weather, the lack of air conditioning made the stay quite unpleasant. The beds were not comfortable, and instead of a proper arrangement for a family of three, we were given separate twin beds in a cramped room. Additionally, the amenities were lacking, there was only a half mirror in the room, and an iron was available only upon request. Given the discomfort and inconvenience, I wouldn’t consider staying here again or recommending it to others, even if offered for free.

  We spent 30 minutes looking for parking at the hotel; the signs were poorly designed. We received an email stating that we might be able to check in before 3:00 PM. Perhaps there weren't any rooms available, but the reception staff were unfriendly. The hotel's website states that they speak three languages, including German. In reality, the staff don't speak German. Basic hospitality is completely absent. They didn't offer us a glass of water after our journey, even though it was 30 degrees Celsius outside, nor did they offer to store our luggage until check-in. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to their attitude towards guests. "Discrimination against German citizens, as Dutch-speaking citizens checked in before 3:00 PM."

  It was a decent hotel, but extremely unhospitable due to unbearable heat. To get some air flowing, we decided to open the windows. With that game, a lot of insects and flies in the room. It wasn’t a comfortable night at all. Maybe a hotel is good choice for any season but summer.

  Had been there for an official program. It is a very nice place with a great ambiance and well decorated & maintained hotel. Courteous & friendly staff. Famous among the travellers as it is visited by lot of tourists. Loved the lunch there.
