  Reliable taxi with good service. If I definitely need to get somewhere on time, then I schedule the ride in advance, and so far everything has worked smoothly.

  The taxi arrived 20 minutes late and didn’t even called. I expected better service I agree that is a difficult time, and what I am complaining is that I received and email confirming the time it would arrive, if it was so difficult to find a driver you should have specified it on the arrival hour. I had to take a taxi to the airport, and time was very important, I paid the double than what Uber was offering for the ride so I expected it to be better. If it wasn’t easy to be on time at that hour you shouldn’t offer that service, also it would have been nice to get a call to let me know that the driver was late.

  They took my child safely to school and back for many months. During all this time there were only a few misunderstandings that got solved immediately. They were flexible and always available. The staff is honest and friendly.

  The latest 3 reviews had me worried they won't show up. But they did, 5 min earlier than the agreed time, at 6:45 a.m. On the other hand, the driver wanted to charge €2.5 extra for pin payment, which is neither mentioned on their website nor the confirmation email. I disagreed and finally he gave up. Good experience, I recommend it

  Took a taxi from Eindhoven central to Eindhoven airport because it was too early for the 400bus line to run this morning for my flight. Taxi driver over quoted me €35 instead of the standard €25 as quoted on the internet. I gave him €40 because I really needed to be there in a hurry because I had no alternative for an earlier arrival from the flixbus. I thought my generosity would motivate him to give good service. He wanted to stop and collect someone else who he said was on the way- I refused saying security takes time at a Ryanair airport and I needed to get there asap- the reason for a taxi. He reluctantly took me solo and then left me at some roundabout instead of the drop off area. I’d never been to the airport before so it was stressful figuring out where to go being in a rush. Worst service ever. Next time I’ll call a taxi company with good reviews on google instead of taking the first in line at the train station . In any case, never again brabotax
