Customer service is excellent. I had to send a letter, and I was given an appropriate envelope, borrowed a pen, and completed the entire process within minutes. The staff speaks English at a fluent level. The store offers everything to office related supplies, and more. It's hard to say how many things are available here, but if you can't find something, drop by this place.

Passport pictures taken by this Primera were deemed not ok by my city government. When I went back with the pictures, the staff did not even look at what was wrong and did want to give me my money back, only take new pictures. But of course, I already had to arrange new pictures not to loose my appointment… so useless to not being able to get my money back for disapproved passport pictures. I filed an official complaint >2 wks ago but haven’t received any response yet. Worthless service, suggest not to get any passport pictures taken here.
