  Dropped off for a crank repair and was ready the next day. This is where I purchased the bike from and he told me the repair was service and I had no charge. Was genuinely unexpected. Good communication and timely service

  During a long weekend away in Amsterdam, I had trouble with my e-bike. I called Bruno for a solution, but it was the motor, so the bike had to be returned to the workshop. We thought, "What a shame about our cycling weekend," but Bruno said, "No problem, I'll swap it for another." And so we did! We were happy, the cycling weekend could continue. This is truly fantastic service from the bike shopping center in Den Helder!

  I bought a vogue premium last year. And back in succession for maintenance. Then he forgot to give the charger back to me the 3rd time I had already noticed that a loan bike was not charged and the support was broken. Then he also shouted that I broke all the bicycles myself. Well warranty or not... I will never come here again. Actually, I don't even give this store one star.
