  Dropped off for a crank repair and was ready the next day. This is where I purchased the bike from and he told me the repair was service and I had no charge. Was genuinely unexpected. Good communication and timely service

  Bought an electric bike a few months ago but it wasn't working properly so I went back to the store and got another one which was neatly exchanged but I found out that my battery was loose and my bike kept turning off. I brought it back for repair today and picked it up again today and it's working fine again. Thank you for the good service and trust. I'll be happy to come back.

  I bought a vogue premium last year. And back in succession for maintenance. Then he forgot to give the charger back to me the 3rd time I had already noticed that a loan bike was not charged and the support was broken. Then he also shouted that I broke all the bicycles myself. Well warranty or not... I will never come here again. Actually, I don't even give this store one star.
