The team at Fietsvoorderlshop Amstelveen and especially Paul, has been an amazing buying experience with not solely providing a great and fabulous bike at the best price, but also providing the best customer service by taking me by car to another store where my bike was available for pickup, which i mistakenly confused with their store. Who can provide more than this service to a customer? Extremely happy to buy from them and would highly recommend them forever! Truly amazing Paul to take me with his personal car to their Amsterdam store for my bike pick mistake. Truly grateful and highly impressed! Many thanks 🙏 🥰🤗

I went in to buy some inner tubes for my bike. Whereas I managed to buy the inner tubes, the customer service was terrible. One of the people working there started speaking in Dutch to me after having a conversation in English beforehand, this was also after asking him for the inner tube (which he didn't even get for me until I asked again 10 minutes later again to which he seemed annoyed about). Avoid if you want a pleasant experience.

I ordered my Cortina E-Blau on the 1st of May 2024, making sure to order my e-bike with an upgraded battery and Art 2 bike lock. This is due to me travelling significant distances daily (hence an e-bike) and wanting to have a secure bike. When my bike was delivered, it was delivered fully assembled. When I noticed that my battery was depleting very quickly (within one week), I checked my battery details and noticed that the 400 Wh was installed on my bike - not the upgraded 500 Wh I paid for. I immediately raised this with the company, and had to follow up numerous times, with little follow-up from the company (store and customer service). After 2 months of waiting, and many many many phone calls, including 2 visits to the store (including one visit where I was told the battery was there and it wasn't) I finally have the battery I initially paid for. Throughout this whole process I have had little follow up from customer service, every time I was told I would be updated I was not. I have had to pick up the battery myself and have been offered no compensation or service for the time, effort and money I have spend to obtain the battery that I had already paid for. I am very disappointed and frustrated with this whole experience. There was a complete lack of ownership from service during the whole process.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this dealership. I've been trying to make an appointment for over a month, but every single one has been canceled by them without any explanation. They don't answer the phone, respond to emails, or reply to chat messages. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is unacceptable. Avoid at all costs and save yourself the frustration!

AVOID THIS DEALER. I bought a brand-new electric bike from these guys less than a year ago. Guess what? It’s already got problems that should be covered by the warranty. I’ve tried reaching out through emails and phone calls, but all I’ve encountered are delays. It’s been over a month since my bike broke down, and I’m still waiting for them to get back to me. Simply unacceptable!! This isn’t the kind of service you’d expect when you’re dealing with warranty repairs. It’s been a frustrating experience and honestly, if you’re planning to buy from them, you might want to keep this in mind.
