    I made an order on 10.08, the closest day of delivery was on 21.08. I waited for it. It didn't arrive. I called them afterwards and they said that they will reschedule and it will be ready in maximum 2-3 weeks. The reschedule date was in 3 weeks. It didn't arrive again. Then they rescheduled it for the next week. Then It didn't arrive again. This cycle continued for a month. Each time I was calling the customer support service and they kept saying that there is an issue with the warehouse. They never took my bike for the delivery. The last time I even received an email that actually they been at my home, but I didn't open so they will reschedule again for a new date. When I called the customer service, they said that delivery guy didn't even take my bike, however he marked me as "not at home". It was extremely ridiculous. Felt like they are making fun of me. It's the worst delivery service ever. As a little recompensation they said that they will deliver a bike locker for free to my address. It never arrived till today. I cancelled the order and got my money back. I would never recommend fietsvoordeelshop to anybody. They don't know how to manage deliveries and they don't have any kind of respect to their customers.

    I ordered and paid for a e-bike of 3000 euros and never heard a human back. Only automated emails and message. I want my money back but how do I contact these guys. they don't answer the phone, do not reply to email except to say that they are too busy. Who are these guys?

    The worst bicycle shop ever. I bought 2 bicycles there and ordered the third for my 6 years old daughter for her birthday. I was able to order it (it was in stock) and even paid. Anyways when the birthday has come they cancelled my order because they didn't have it as they told me. So the birthday has ruined and I had to buy something else for my daughter just to save the day and her mood because she was waiting for the bicycle that much. Thats not it. As I wrote already I bought 2 gazelle's bicycles in this shop for me and my wife. The same models but in different colors. After 8 month "spaaken" on our back wheels started breaking. The first time their tech specialist came and fixed it, but the second time they refused to come, because "They haven't been maintained" by they company. 8 month bicycles! Metallic spaaken! Ok, Nobody has shared the info of how could this maintenance be done when I bought the bicycles. No recommendations, nothing. Finally I had to pay a several times to other company to fix them. And the other company (fietsen also) told me that is not normal for a good company to that simply refuse warranty cases. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. Already told a plenty of my friends not to even try to have a deal with this company.

    When I asked if they could fit a new rear tire for my Amslod bike, I received a resounding "No" and "Good luck!" because no one wants to do that. I could buy a new bike. Fortunately, another bike shop was willing to help me.
