  Very nice bike repairman and a pleasant man. I come a bit for my internship by bike. Unfortunately I made a bad purchase, in the meantime the bike repairman keeps my bike. He has always thought along and helped immediately also for a good price. Where other bike repairmen do not even have the time to make an inner tube within 2 weeks, this bike repairman is always ready for you. I therefore highly recommend him. He is honest, takes good care of the bike and even with a smaller budget, this man fixes the bike. I was allowed to deliver my bike in the morning for the opening and during my break it was ready again. I am very grateful to you!

  Excellent service and craftsmanship! I am very satisfied with my experience at the Giant Store in Veenendaal. The salesperson exudes passion and professionalism and really knows what he is talking about. You immediately notice that they work here with love for the profession. I was helped excellently and felt heard and advised as a customer. Definitely a bike shop that I heartily recommend! My bike also rides like a dream:-)

  Went last week with a flat tire on my daughter's bike. First contacted other bicycle makers, but no one had time. While my daughter needs her bicycle a lot and is almost going to school camp with her bicycle. When I called Giant, they were very busy and didn't actually have time for my daughter's bicycle. But once I explained the story, they made time to make the tape that same day and they even checked some extra things in consultation. This so that the bicycle was thoroughly checked immediately before my daughter had to go to camp with it. Very happy with the service! We also have another very good experience at this bicycle shop; My husband and my other daughter went to Giant to look for a new bicycle, because they really didn't like her own bicycle, it was very heavy and it was not comfortable at all. We were given very honest advice. A new bicycle was not necessary at all, because her own bicycle was simply adjusted completely wrong. They even quickly adjusted the bike free of charge and since then my eldest daughter has also enjoyed cycling on her own bike. In short, very good and honest service!
