  Genuinely the best bike shop in Amsterdam. Great selection, the store is huge for the fact it’s in the city centre. Super friendly, knowledgable and helpful! So glad I bought my bike with them!

  Deeply disappointing — we gave this shop every chance. We live locally and really wanted to support this business. Over the years, we’ve bought several items and used their servicing — but every single interaction with the staff has been unpleasant. The customer service is consistently rude and dismissive. On top of the attitude problem, the prices are unjustifiably high for what’s offered. You’re paying premium rates for a subpar experience, both in terms of service and overall treatment. We’ve finally had enough and won’t be returning. There are far better bike shops in the area — ones with friendly staff and pricing that reflects reality. Highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

  This is a great place, when one has problems with a bicycle. My bike fell down and I was unable to cycle on it. The employee of the shop fixed everything within couple of minutes. Very professional and quick!

  Decent enough. Some of the technicians are helpful, but many of the sales people ignore you. I bought a 3200 EUR bike here. It had a bunch of issues in the beginning. Not their fault, and they did fix them in a timely manner. I had other issues I needed to discuss and my emails were responded to once and all my other emails to Rob have been ignored. I would do business elsewhere

  I’m can’t say enough good things about the service here. Multiple times I’ve had free labour in terms of smaller inspections, fair prices, and smiles all around. So happy to be bringing my bike here.
