  We have been with the city bank for more than 15 years. It took some getting used to and adjusting. I am very happy with it. No more monthly stress, I can see everything better. If you remain friendly and honest yourself, you will come a long way. Keep a close eye on everything because the final responsibility lies with you. People can also make a mistake. I do not understand the bad reviews. There is something everywhere and no one is perfect except the Lord God.🙌

  I have never been in favor of using the city bank. (Given guardianship practices, determine what is good and bad for the individual who is at the city bank)..But given my Wajong benefit, debts are always around the corner. Thanks to bughet management, my fixed costs are always paid. I am in charge of the rest. It is only managed to counteract my impulsiveness in moments of stress. Overall this happens quite well. So that I don't drift away when it's important. Much is possible in consultation. As long as you remain open and honest. It tells you how you like it and how you are going to solve it. I'm part of a good team. Who is always willing to think about solutions that are possible within my bughet. My income is stable and deep debts are always avoided... so overall, Stadsbank is doing perfectly what they can do within this process.

  We have worked with various administrators, but no one is as good as Benjamin Cakir. Stadsbank can be proud of such an employee. He was fully committed to us, supported us and always thought along with us. A real winner! Partly thanks to his efforts, we are now finally debt-free.

  If you want to get into debt, have more stress and less money; then you have to go to the city bank. I have been with the city bank for 4 years now and have always had problems. Either the weekly money does not arrive or they withdraw money from my personal bank account without my permission. (I am not under administration, but voluntarily) But since last May, problems and stress have been flooding my ears. Since May, payments have been made late every month to the energy supplier, the mobile subscription, gas and so on. I never had debts, but now I'm in big trouble because I have to pay collection costs every month because the city bank is always late with payments. I'm now so fed up with them screwing me in front of me that it just has to be this way. And advertising on the website and in the building with “if you want more peace of mind in your finances and less stress in life due to money problems, register now” you will only get more headaches. I DO NOT recommend the city bank!!!!!

  Very helpful. Always available for help. Bills are always paid on time. No more debts. I did stay at the Stadsbank.
