  The first great thing that I've discovered is that the bike is shipped completely set up and tested. I thought I would have to follow the manufacturer manual on preparing the bike, but all the hard work was already done. On top of that, the service you get is second to none. Very quick to respond on whatsapp and happy to help in the shop when you come with a problem (in my case even free of charge). Makes a very easy choice for a shop to buy my son's next bike from.

  We have been getting bicycles for our son from De Kleine Spaak for several years. Now that he has outgrown the Wooms, we have now ordered a Kona. Picked up with the great service of Pieter and have now cycled the first kilometers. We like to take a detour from Amersfoort to buy a bicycle here.
