  There's an overwhelming amount of options to choose an e-bike these days. My experience with selecting one was made much quicker and more pleasant with Aschwin's help. He took the time to understand what I needed in a bike and then made his recommendations accordingly. He also did the same for my partner and we both now have well-suited bikes for ourselves! Aschwin explained everything we needed to know about our bikes, and has been helpful with my queries later on as well.   Yesterday, I went to the Ebike discount shop on the recommendation of two colleagues. First, I checked out the selection on Marktplaats. The bikes all looked perfect on the website. I contacted Ashwin via app and asked if he had any more e-bikes, and he did. So, I was able to make an appointment very quickly, and I was there at 3:00 PM. First, I received a detailed explanation of the different motor types and how they work. It was also clear that there's little difference between front, mid, and rear motors these days. Then I discussed the entire stock of bikes and their advantages and disadvantages. There's a wide selection, and there's clearly plenty to choose from. After making my choice, I was able to test ride a nice, straight-lined bike. Everything was done in a customer-friendly manner and with plenty of time. Ultimately, I chose a beautiful Koga E Nova; the bike looks fantastic. Incidentally, all the bikes look perfect. I wanted a different saddle, and that was no problem, and I even got a plug-in chain included. Really excellent customer service and they think along with the customer. A very satisfied customer.
