  My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights in 2024 & came back this year for the last 4 nights of our 2 week vacation in May. We were treated like family by the hotel staff and the staff at Cafe Soleil, The Loft and especially Float Beach Bar. With 4 drinking establishments on site & a short walk to Coconut Grove, you really can’t beat this place. The ship’s store is full of groceries and liquor to stock up on before you set sail- you can also get your laundry done.

  If i could give zero for this service i will. So ridiculous. We were tyeninly table in the restaurant, yet we waited forever for service. Server didnt clear the table or check on table. Half the menu items were not available. It was just very disappointing. Even the vegetables were half cooked!

  I agree with the recent poor reviews. This place is rundown, scruffy and has never been 5 stars in its life. Organisations should not be allowed to make such claims. It's a disgrace. Don't believe what is shown in the pro photos. Photos of what it's really like will follow this post.

  Lovely marina Can't say anything about rooms, Hotel etc. Cuz we slept on the boat but there is a supermarket available

  We used this marina with our boat twice within a week. They used to help with mooring now they do not care. The marina is run down. Uncomfortable swell comes in. But there is water, electricity, fuel and immigration. Reasonable mooring fees reasonable.
