  My first purchase was the Brother Scan 'n Cut SDX1200. The Creaplot website was well-organized and had a lot of practical information, which really appealed to me! The delivery was perfect and fast, so I could get started right away. As a pleasant surprise, I received a personal email shortly after my order, asking if it worked and what I'd be using the machine for. After that, I received several more very helpful emails with useful information. It also feels good to know I can always easily ask questions. Of course, I also bought my heat press from Creaplot and have since placed several orders for materials, which are also of excellent quality and easy to use. All orders were neatly packaged, shipped quickly, and therefore arrived quickly, so I could get started right away. In short, nothing but positives! I know I'm in good hands with Creaplot and will be a satisfied customer for a long time to come! Thank you for your excellent service!

  Very helpful. Owner answered emails within 3 days and within 15 minutes. Asked which plotter to purchase. He indicated that with my intentions, the cheapest plotter is sufficient and I do not need to purchase the more expensive one. I also received an email after my purchase to say how I liked it and received tips on how to approach things and where I can find information. Super fast delivery and have already ordered flex foil several times.
