  I ordered the KOGO active hearing protector H3 with Bluetooth from KG. I hoped that I would be able to watch a movie or study music in my little house while my broody Goffini cockatoo was "singing".... the sound of the cockatoo turned out not to have enough decibels to make it close automatically, and that was probably not very convenient, in terms of studying music. And I did not think the music (baroque) came into its own; in that respect it was also an impulsive purchase, and I should have informed myself better. Jeffrey from KG, has always answered my emails about the hearing protector very patiently and very immediately, so communication⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, and when I finally wanted to return it, that was no problem at all!!! So service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  5 stars for customer service. Ordered a product that I was not very satisfied with. I sent an email about this and I was quickly called and it was agreed that the product would be picked up again by GLS.
