  I had an excellent experience shopping at Winkelstraat and I want to give a special thanks to Anita for her outstanding customer service. From the very beginning, Anita was incredibly helpful and kept me updated throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to ensure that my bag arrived by the promised date, just in time before my departure before Christmas. Not to mention, the price was very competitive! A big thank you also to Happy, Quirijn, Simone, Richelle, and Ebru for their assistance. I’m beyond satisfied with my purchase and will certainly be ordering again in the future!

  Ordered two pairs of shoes (Christmas presents!!) both items got cancelled a week later. Don’t waste your time or money ordering from them! If you can’t manage your stock online don’t open an online shop! Absolutely ridiculous

  Ordered twice and both got canceled. Kind of not professional. If items are not available then don’t show it on ur website. Since this is nothing except wasting of time by paying and then waiting for refunds.

  Ordered Maison Margiela shoes but got canceled the next day. Luckily got my money back pretty fast, but wanted the shoes. And there’s no compensation for the canceled order. Pretty sad about it.
