  I selected my new modern sofa in the showroom of the Bankenfabriek and it has now been delivered. What a huge choice there in the showroom. In beautiful living room settings you can view and test sit on all the sofas and there I also saw the coffee table that I wanted to include. In a few weeks the sofa was ready and delivered exactly as agreed, upstairs to my apartment, together with the table. When Hans delivered the sofa, he advised me, without obligation, on a pair of industrial bar stools for my new dining bar. A few days later these were also delivered and my new apartment is complete! Thank you Hans, for your advice and service!!

  Hans helped me very well. A good and reliable company. Fast delivery! Polite drivers who delivered our couch. Beautifully finished sofa, meets our expectations. Very happy with our new sofa.

  Last year we wanted our sofa by De Bankenfabriek 30 cm. had it shortened and received a quote including transport costs and then an order confirmation. We have also made a down payment of € 260. The sofa was collected, but unfortunately it turned out not to be possible to shorten our sofa, so we received the order back. However, we did not receive the deposit back, because it was deducted from the transport costs. Because we were busy with a renovation, we initially did not want to discuss this. However, after conversations with others, we realized that this was not the right thing to do. De Bankenfabriek accepted an order and was ultimately unable to fulfill it. Then we should simply get the deposit back.

  After reading a few negative experiences I felt compelled to write this review. Normally I'm not like that. If something is not to my liking, I take it up directly with the person who can solve it. We bought a sofa from Hans again 3 years ago. After our previous sofa was worn out within 3 years and the fabric no longer looked good. None of that with this sofa, the model is still in good condition and the fabric is still very neat. Despite some scratches from the cat, these can be reasonably cut/shaved away. At the time, we were well informed by Hans and he advised us to take this substance with children and a cat. He also promised to upholster the old ottoman with the same fabric as the new sofa, free of charge. When the upholstery was included on the invoice, an email was enough to correct this. Hans is certainly a salesman, this may seem a bit pushy. But a seller who is honest and sincere and thinks along with the customer.
