  I had a proeffiets session scheduled for 13:00 but figured I would go early to see the bikes in detail. Arrived at 12:40 and never saw a single employee on the showroom floor for the 30 minutes I waited. No one was there to help any potential customers or even those who scheduled appointments, except one employee who sat behind a counter with a line of 6 people waiting before I even arrived. Eventually, I left along with another guy and a young family who were looking for a bakfiets. I had an hour appointment scheduled 13:00-14:00, but there was no one or nowhere to find for my appointment. In all, the shop lost +€7k in potential business and any hopes of having me as a customer.

  I honestly had such a lovely experience, at this store. The staff were super helpful and attentive, happy to answer any questions I had. Would definitely recommend this store to others!

  Poor customer service after waiting for weeks keep they keep delaying the delivery of bike and finally was told fake messages were sent to lure customer into buying another expensive model from their website. I wouldn't trust this company with my money, look elsewhere

  Lovely showroom, plenty of bikes to view... pity the staff entirely ignored me for 45 minutes as they were all focused on people buying e-bikes...
