  Rude, impolite, and incapable.They look constantly bothered by any question you have. They couldn’t install the item I bought and replied rudely and aggressively. How can the experience to go to a shop go so wrong? There are so many bike stores around, just go to another one

  My dress came untied while I was biking and got totally wrapped around the rear wheel. After two people tried to help untangle me, I hobbled over to this bike shop. Gerard helped me get the chain off, free my dress, and even pumped my tires 🥹 The whole thing took about five minutes so I was still on time for my friend’s birthday party. Thank you Gerard!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

  Have been client of this service for many years, but from now - not any more. Many reasons - poor quality, long terms, not accurate, not attentionave, high pricing. I just wanted to change the wheel - this usual operation become a problem for a few weeks (plus electrical settings were ruined and few more small things, that they just did not care to put attention) - as result I took the bike from this place and changed the wheel easily at another place within 2 days. Pity, but can not recommend this place.

  I went there for a bike chain repair and I was told to pay 50 EUR. The guy made the price on spot, not even checking what the problem was and even start telling me what other problems are (trying to charge even more). I hesitated and went away to another bike repair shop. I paid 12.50 EUR. So avoid these guys!
