If I can give more stars, I would do so. I was in contact with Rene, who gave me few tips, while I was buying a bike for my son. There was as well ‘after buy’ customer service, what I usually don’t get if I don’t ask. Very happy with this shop and their customer service. Definitely recommended!!

Like others below such as PeeWee Tree, our order in December was missing crucial parts for cycling. It was nice that René called to indicate that the temporary parts would arrive quickly, so that cycling could continue. That came after we asked where it was after a few weeks. Hopefully the original parts will arrive sometime in March or April. We had friendly contact and we are patiently waiting for it to be resolved properly.

I won a bike for my son at Woom. There was no stand and I went to buy one at Stip children's bikes in Weurt. The stand was mounted on the bike on the spot and the bike was immediately assembled properly. There appeared to be a small dent in the rear wheel, which was immediately fixed. Top service!

We purchased two Woom Now 4 children's bicycles for our twins and are extremely satisfied! The store has a wide range of children's bicycles in stock, which allowed our children to try out different models. Within a week the ordered bicycles were fully assembled and ready for use. René helped us excellently; he is friendly, professional and you notice that he really goes for service and quality. A great experience and that is why we give 5 stars without a doubt! Definitely recommended!
