  I have bought a bicycle from a private person who refurbished the battery in this shop in Jan 2022 for the price of 375€. He also bought the bike itself from this shop too last year. When I had the bike in my possession already the battery was not as it should(losing power suddenly). Since I had all the e invoices in my possession I have called the shop and asked for a solution after explaining the situation. Even though I explained everything via the phone,I have been asked to send an email with pics of the invoices, description of the problem with etc.I did it, even two times! They completely ignored me because they knew that is time to take responsibility for their work. A shop that denies to take responsibilities of their own work in any form it’s an unprofessional one andwith zero respect to their customers. Very well deserved one star!! Respond to the comment the owner made at 25/07/2023 1) I bought a bike which it was purchased from YOUR SHOP with a valid guarantee. The battery of the bike was problematic and despite my multiple calls and e-mails asking for assistance you never stood behind the guarantee as a real professionals would do. You just ignored me multiple times. I think they way you dealt with the whole situation already speaks loud of what kind of company you are. No further comment is necessary.

  Nice bike shop and rent. The staff pretty helpful and kind. All bike are high level. Renting possible too. You can found lot of bike equipment.

  So far very satisfied with all the people at Giant Store van Giezen. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly help. Can always go straight away and therefore nothing but praise. Let everyone know how good this business is. Class!
