    Stayed here for two nights while visiting Amsterdam.. Five minute drive or about a twenty minutes walk to the train station which costs €8 return.. Quiet location and close to Lidl supermarket and a variety of shops so ideal if you need anything.. Unfortunately the rooms or the hotel pictures advertised look nothing like.. Check in was pleasant enough and the young girl was happy to help.. Our room was on the second floor and only accessible by stairs..no lift.. Although our room was clean and comfortable and adequate for our stay it looked tired and in need of a little TLC.. But for the price and its location i would be happy to return. Ample on site parking and free so that's a plus for me..

    Disappointing, after an 8-hour flight with two little ones, they wouldn't validate my Expedia reservation. After an hour on hold, they basically told me to figure it out myself. I expected the staff to go the extra mile, but after I paid, the hotel left me and my family on the street.

    absolutely disgusting place bugs in the rooms mice running everywhere there employing people who aren't supposed too be working in the netherlands , charge you 20 euro per night for air con 🤣 and the staff are a complete mess the place should be shut down the owner is so old she can't run a bath let alone a buisness

    This hotel wasn't terrible, but for the price I expected a little better. My main complaint is the location. It was a lot further from the train station than I realized. Even getting there by car we were stuck behind a bridge that was closed who knows why and eventually had to get out of the taxi and walk because the price would go up too much. It was €75 for the taxi from Centraal!! Way further from Amsterdam downtown than I realized, and there don't seem to be many buses around or even many restaurants or cafes near the hotel. The room was okay, but the heating was touchy, didn't seem to be working and then all of a sudden was way too hot. The beds were comfortable enough, and it did feel clean. I didn't realize there was only a bath, no shower. Overall it wasn't a bad experience, but I wouldn't stay there again. Very budget hotel for not a great price.

    **Unfortunate Experience with Room Conditions** I stayed at this hotel from September 21st to October 10th. Unfortunately, we had to check out early on October 24th due to unacceptable room conditions: the room had bugs, mold, and a strong odor. I have documented these issues with photos. Despite contacting the hotel immediately, we were not provided with any solution. Booking.com suggested that we check out on the 24th, but the hotel staff did not allow it. This forced us to book a new hotel, incurring additional costs. The hotel has refused to refund the remaining amount of €1197. We received a partial compensation of €197 from Booking.com, which does not cover the inconvenience and expenses caused. We are requesting that hotel management get in touch with us to resolve this matter and process a refund for the unused days of our stay. ---
