  I purchased an infrared sauna cabin 2 years ago from Sauna Connect and so far it was working perfectly. However, recently one of the full spectrum heater tubes stopped functioning and I had to turn to the service of Sauna Connect to send me a replacement (note that the warranty for these tubes is 5 years at Sauna Connect). After we agreed on the repair the service sent me the new heater tube by DHL and I was able to install it without any difficulties. The whole action took only three days to complete, which is remarkable. I am very satisfied with the expertise and effectiveness of the service and now we can use our sauna cabin again with all functions working perfectly.   I recently had the second defect in my infrared sauna in about 3 years. When the first defect occurred, something was wrong with the control system. The sauna no longer turned on. I received a new control module which I replaced myself. After that everything worked again. Now a tube broke which was also refunded free of charge.   After a few years, a lamp broke in the infrared sauna. I sent an email to Sauna Connect BV. They sent me a new lamp completely free of charge. Top service.

  I requested information about infrared saunas via email from Sauna Connect with my wishes. Received a quick answer with clear information and offers. Afterwards I called and was very kindly helped with the questions I still had. Then ordered the medicab 1 with triple heaters. The Medicab 1 was delivered entirely as agreed on Wednesday 8-11-2023. was put together like this. The tip with triple heaters was very good. I have already used the sauna twice (wonderful) and am very satisfied. Can recommend everyone to do business with Sauna Connect from Vucht. Kind regards, Paul
