This purchase represents a significant error in judgment. Upon delivery, the sofa exhibited damage in approximately five locations, fabric inconsistencies, and was missing a leg, precluding proper assembly. Following contact, the vendor directed me to an online form, providing no timeframe for resolution. This is unacceptable.

I purchased a sofa U-shape on 19/02/2025 from this store and received it on 03/06/2025. The first problem was a cut in the couch when we unpacked it as appears in the below picture. It took 3 weeks till 23/06 to get it fixed after many emails and phone call to their customer support. The second and bigger problem is related to wrong dimensions of the couch which I realized from day one. I found the sofa looks small, I measured it and I found it's shorted in all sides from the recorded dimensions in the store contract. I reported it in the same day of delivery as a complaint The dimensions in the contract are 200 cm * 310 cm * 151 cm while the received dimensions are 197 cm * 303 cm * 146.5 cm This was measured by the external service company fixed the sofa (attached a screenshot from the report below). The customer service refused to find a resolution to the wrong dimensions and stated it falls under 3% allowable size tolerance which was never mentioned in the contract neither by the sales person. This is sort of misleading and cheating as product does not conform the description and I expect accurate measurements (1 or 2 cm difference could be acceptable). I will still keep following them legally and warn people from buying from this company.

I had a very disappointing experience. I spent an entire day visiting the store and choosing a couch, which I purchased on May 24th. Then, on May 27th, I was informed that my order was cancelled because the couch was sold out. How is that even possible? I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service
