  Fast delivery, the site provides all the information. I heard a bit of silence after I placed my order in terms of expected date of delivery, so I had to ask. Maybe a good add up when confirming the order. Overall reliable.

  One item delivered (with slight defect), other item FIVE MONTHS delay, still NOT delivered! Ordered two items. A set of coffee tables and an outdoor dining table. This was exactly November 30th 2024. I was informed that there is a delay in the dining table that it would be delivered in December, but that the coffee tables would be delivered on time. Indeed they were, with a couple of defects (attached) which ignored given the greater issue at hand in the delay of the dining table. Dining table then pushed to Jan, then to March, and now they said April (so still waiting). Starting to feel they are hustling me and going through more delay tactics. Highly unreliable company and extremely poor customer service. Is there any reliable furniture company (that is not IKEA) in The Netherlands? Are there any "Customer Care" teams that actually care? This is absolutely ridiculous.

  Purchased a Denver 120cm eetafel. The delivery was on time as said earlier during the order (within 2 weeks from the date of order). The process was clean and the staff over phone were helping me to track the order and updating the right status. Also the live chat connects to their agent very fast . Very happy with the product. Met our expectations. Overall a very good buy8ng experience

  We have ordered a dining table on last October and delivery time was 01.02.2025, but they delivered it on 3.03.2025, it was really late. And delivery guy was so rude, he did not want to carry it to our apartment, asked a extra money for it, not recommended!!

  Happy with my purchase! It did take a while to arrive even though on the website it said readily available but guess they had to still source from supplier. Post that though they were quick to notify when the order was ready and delivery was quick and efficient. Table looks good in my lounge so happy otherwise . Would recommend
