Absolute disaster: Order delivered 5 months after ordering, TV cupboard missing the legs, wrong people sent to install (no blame to them, they were very helpful and nice), calls never returned (despite promises from Amersfoort manager), every question took at least 2 weeks for a reply. Then my favourite - they had the nerve to give us a coupon we could give to family & friends if they wanted to buy a new sofa here. The funny bit? Coupon expired in December 2018!

Horrible experience! we bought 4 chairs of €230 each and a carpet of €950 on 21th may, they promised us to deliver items 8 weeks after! today is 29th november so 24 weeks,and we got a call last week no apologizes at all! we asked for a discounted price because of so long waiting,they told us its not possible.now finally we cancel our carpet and chairs! and even to cancel it we need to send another mail :( So we do not reccomend anyone to buy something from PIET KLERKX !!!!
