    Ordered a sofa-bed. What was delivered is a normal sofa with a small extendable part, because their employee didn’t order the correct specification. My complaint was rejected, because what was delivered is as per the contract. However, their employees are incompetent to make a sofa specification. Avoid shopping there. You will pay for something that you can’t use

    We bought our sofa in Sits and Sofas Amersfort. They made a mistake and deliver 1 of the pieces on the wrong size. We immediately called and they told us to send an email with the pictures of sofa and picture of the order. And we did. After that, we called and emailed to request a response but nothing. finally 1 week later we were able to reach them. The lady was very helpful and mention they will look into it and contact us back. We got an email to open a ticket online and ass all info and pictures and we NEVER heard of them again. We are still waiting for them to reach to us and 4 WEEKS have passed since the day they deliver the wrong sofa. I am very disappointed because my old sofa was also from there and I was quite happy with it. But not this time! I am very annoyed with the behaviour. They were very eager to sell the sofa but they completely ignored us afterward when they deliver the wrong size of the sofa. 4 weeks after the delivery and we still don’t full have the sofa we ordered. Unbelievable! It will be best to return it and buy another sofa somewhere else.

    We've been looking for good quality sofas. I didn't think we could get a good sofa for what we thought it would be, but here we found the sofa we wanted, and they gave us what we wanted! I want to give "Jeremy" a compliment for kind listening to our wishes! He was a kind and pretty staff member with a smile!

    I WOULD DEFINITELY SUGGEST NOT TO BUY from here. I ordered almost 6 months back delevered a wrong one. I made the payment before delivery. And now no one cares about the order. They will never call you back. Its you who have to call them always. Be very carefull before buying form this shop. Go for some other sellers. I do have emailed shop, Cusromerservice, everyone, also filled online customer service form but no updates on when the order will be completed. Sorry but there should be zero stars. Beware dont pay before delivery. Hello, I have already emailed on mentioned ids well as to your shop emails. Same is also mentioned in above text. But you neither replied to my emails nor you called me a single time since I booked the order. I have forwarded you the email.

    The prices on the website are different to the prices in the shop. In my case the fabric of higher quality was not included (as expected) and the modifications like the drawer and the unfolding mechanism were not included (unexpected). But the manager in the shop was very friendly, she clearly explained all the options and showed the available models. I also got a discount, which made the price quite good for me. It is possible to split payments in parts, but you will receive the item only when all amount is payed. So I am eagerly waiting for my couch to be delivered next month and will update the review then! UPD: after paying the full price, I was able to order a delivery (it is separate and I prefered to use a third party service, not the one the shop manager recommended). I got my couch within a week (it took several phone calls), and was able to assemble it myself. It has been more than a month since it arrived and I am completely happy with the looks and the quality. So, 5 stars!
