  I have bought two couches some thirteen weeks ago. Customer service in the store is brilliant, but I have been cheated about delivery dates. They reassured me that my order will be ready in twelve weeks and they have put the delivery date on an invoice for four weeks later than it was promised. Be careful buying here, read all papers, otherwise you can be misled too.

  We recently bought a couch from Woon square, Amersfoort. We entered this place without reading any reviews or any prior knowledge about this place as we are new to the Netherlands. We were hopping between the furniture stores in the region and came across this shop. It was the best decision we ever made. The customer service was one of a kind. The person who came with us explained everything about all the couches we were interested in. We wanted to take home the couch the very next day but in almost all the shops, the waiting time was minimum 4 weeks. But this shop was truly different we could get a beautiful couch in microfiber leather(which is a premium material) and as it was in stock, we bought home the same couch the very next day. There was a separate section which had all the sale items which was from where we selected our couch on a great discount. We were also offered the best coffee and biscuits. They also have a spill proof spray for the couch which is really good. I would really recommend this place for anyone who are looking for a place to find their dream couch with a great discount combined with an exceptional customer service!

  The staff was super nice and answered every one of our questions (even the weird ones! :D). The place is quite nice and you have a huge amount of variety and choices, of models and customizations. Recommend :)
