Went by earlier with the mountain bike and the help was excellent and really quick. We recently visited the fat bike for a relatively small, average repair, but when we arrived it turns out that they don't do fat bikes 'because then it will soon be full of fat bikes'. A bit of a strange story, but well, we took the business elsewhere where, in the bargain, a (much) shorter waiting time turned out to be possible. All's well that ends well! In response to your comment; a) the fat bike I passed by was a Phatfour. A Dutch, approved product that only contains the normally available and approved parts that are normally available and approved in the Netherlands (which at the same time can easily be replaced/repaired and on which, just like any other bicycle on which the same parts are used, a normal warranty can be given ( Shimano also supplies you, but that was not even the topic of conversation with you)). b) you only told me that you 'don't do fat bikes' and that 'if you started the whole store would be full of them' and that was simply the end of your response to me. That does not rhyme with the story as you tend to outline it for the reader below = a misrepresentation = a minus.

bought a Trek ebike. was not put together properly. fender was wearing, steering wheel was completely loose. went back for recovery. fender was still running afterwards. In my opinion, pedal support for a bicycle was inadequate. (or on or off, nothing in between seemed as if the force sensor was not properly calibrated. The bicycle mechanic explained that this was how it should be (Bosch Active Line). So I returned it. I followed Trek's instructions and sent the bike back to Jacco de Bruin. But Jacco De Bruin tried to brush me off and deal with Trek himself. This is not how it should be, and Trek confirmed this. In the end I managed to return it. Trek was very professional, unlike Jacco de Bruin. The mechanic has clumsy way of communicating that not everyone can appreciate, I don't think so anyway (I can handle a joke) but this is a bit unprofessional. and seems to have to work too hard and not listen well to complaints.
