  Bought a decent secondhand bicycle from this store for an acceptable price, no issues with it yet. Service was not bad, but not that great either. I could have spent a lot less of my day at the store if the shop keeper(s) were a bit more attentive and helpful. Paying the bill should not feel like you’re being done a favor because the person talking your money is busy with something else. Either the store needs some more staff on weekends or go in the week if you can.

  Went in to get a second hand bike advertised online. I waited a long time to get help, but all I was told was that the bike had already been sold. I browsed the other second hand bikes, but everything was overpriced and half the second hand bikes were broken or not roadworthy. The staff were friendly enough, but not at all knowledgeable or helpful. I recommend finding a different bike shop.

  I had a very bad experience with the person who is fixing the bikes there and manage the shop while the manager is in Turkey. This guy is a liar and cheater. Even the other two person working in the shop know that he is wrong and I am right. They said we can't do anything because he is the boss right now here. Not recommended to buy from this shop at all.
