    TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM THE START. I have bought my bike in December and was stated that delivery would happen in couple of days, it got delayed. Only after I purchased the bike, I was informed that there was no stock (as promised on the website). Now, after 3 months, my carrier broke. I didn't fall or anything, I just left my house in direction to the supermarket and my bike stopped. Now, I need a repair and I am having problems again. I need to bring my bike to Rotterdam they say, even though I live in Eindhoven and that's why I bought an ONLINE bicycle. I don't advise at all. “Mark” from customer support is very rude and never follows up on the agreements via the phone. I hope my situation is solved soon, but not sure what I can expect anymore…

    Although at first my problem wasn’t showing up the first time I entered the shop, the second time, it showed up and the man fixed it within 20 minutes. Decent shop with decent service and decent prices. I’m taking my husband’s bicycle to get it repaired now. The only glitch I faced was that he takes only Cash for repair work, and I didn’t have any cash then. So please take cash with you for any repair work..

    It took them 3 months to repair my bike and I didn’t receive any call during that period, so I thought already that they stole my bike. Completely unprofessional, they don’t open on time, come to the work whenever they want. Don’t expect to see them at 11 am opened.

    I bought a bike for my daughter from https://www.fietsenplaats.nl/ Overall the bike is good, but I had a problem with the chain bike, I have been chatting with the customer support team for a week, without providing any concrete solution to my problem, I am very unhappy with how my problem was handled. Your company did not help me or take responsibility, which is really disappointing for a big company like yours. I have explained many times that I cannot make the video you asked for. The chain only falls off when riding, not when the bike is upside down. When I put the bike upside down, I can fix the tension and the chain works fine, but it falls off again when riding. This means there is a problem with how the chain is attached. and You asked me to drive from Rosmalen to Rotterdam to your shop ?Since you did not help me quickly and properly, I will now take the bike to a shop in Rosmalen and pay for the repairs myself. My daughter needs her bike as soon as possible. Very disappointed...

    I ordered a bike before 18 on a Sunday, thinking it would be delivered on Monday. What they don't write on the website is that orders on Sunday are only handled on Monday, meaning they will be delivered on Tuesday. Ideally. My bike did not. I had to contact them every single day for them to tell me on Wednesday evening that my bike was out of stock. I had to pick another one. Which I did, but never received a confirmation of. On Thursday, they were supposed to call me, but they only did so after a few hours. I chose a different bike and received another call that the bike I initially ordered was suddenly available. It would be there on Friday. I had to change my work schedule to be able to receive it to only get an email stating that my bike will be delivered on Monday. I have been without a bike for over a week by then. Great service for a shop that delivers next day.....
