  I bought a bracelet online for a niece as a gift, the sale ad said it was 18k, in reality it was 14k. I tried to contact them, I sent them an email, they didn't even bother to respond. I only give them one star because I think they are cheating in good faith. Tnx for reply but you should check your email on7 june and you will see that i ve send you complains about this .

  I had a great experience at this store! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful! On top of that, they generously offered us an HDMI cable for free. Highly recommend this place for both the quality of products and exceptional service!

  Very bad experience for picking packages, the person at reception treats you bad. Went there to pick up post 3 times last week to hear that he does not have time to look for it or sort it. Please cancel your shop from being a pick up point and stick to your main business only. It does not only impacts our experience in your shop as a customer but also impacts the image of your core business as 1 bad experience leads to only negative perception about your other services.

  Bought a phone online and everything worked as planned. The phone came in locked, which initially scared me - did I get scammed?! Upon calling to Used Products I was told it is normal procedure for safety while the phone is being delivered. Customer service was very friendly and helped me through all the steps of reseting the phone. Maybe for the future it would be nice to email the clients to let them know of this procedure. Nonetheless, my experience was very good and worthy of a 5 star rating! Thank you!
