B&BH have been our safe option for a very good standard of wheelchair access for a few years now - we have stayed in France, Germany, Poland and now the Netherlands. This shining new hotel is a great example of this reliable good access. The room layout would have benefited from a little more thought (bed without head against the wall made it very easy to lose pillows!), and the front door does not yet have an appropriate ramp to give equal access to wheelchair users so I had a challenging time getting in - a surprise and a disappointment in a new hotel in such a reliable chain - but these are small things which will be easy and fast to fix. Thank you, B&B Zaandam. See you next time! (Update: I have had really positive and constructive feedback from this hotel. If everyone had this attitude the world would be a much nicer and more accessible place.)

We had a wonderful stay! Very cozy room, great bathroom. Staff was super nice and helpful. We didn't have breakfast but had coffee and it was good. We hope to be back soon

Could not ask for anything more from this hotel. Very spacious rooms, hospitable staff and good cleanliness overall. The breakfast is a bit pricey but it is optional. Would definitely recommend and stay again if required

The rooms are little. Everything is ok. A black man who is working on hotel was so kind. City center is little far. Amsterdam centraal is 5 minutes with train.

This is a budget hotel with small, basic rooms, but everything was very clean. It's quite far from both the city center and Amsterdam. The rooms lacked proper sound insulation, and there was an ongoing noise coming from the bidet in the bathroom, which was a bit annoying.
