  Excellent place for a stay in Amsterdam. A 10-minute walk to Sloterdijk Metro and Train Station where you can use to go anywhere in Amsterdam. The neighbourhood in Sloterdijk is very nice, relaxing and quiet with lots of trees and green areas that are amazing. The hosts were very friendly and welcomed us with amazing hospitality. The room was very tidy and clean as well as the bathroom. The breakfast served was so delicious. I definitely recommend this place if you are on a visit to Amsterdam.

  Ms Joyce is the saving grace of this place. If it was not for her I would have checked out the moment I arrived. The place has a 10 am checkout and 3 pm checkin. No checking in a minute before 3 or a minute after 10. No way to check in early and leave luggage or to check out and leave luggage for a couple of hours. I booked here because it has an excellent rating. The male owner produced a 5 page contract to be signed on arrival and collected a 100 euro security deposit. The entrance to the property needs a facelift. I became depressed as I approached it. It is a 15 minute walk to the nearest train station. None of the elevators at that train station work. Precarious stairs to climb to get to room.

  Extremely nice hosts, Kerst and Joyce, with a nice home made breakfast. Rules were straightforward but fair. Good value for money, and a short train ride away from central Amsterdam. Would stay again!

  Such friendly hosts! Very close to Sloterdijk station easy access to any place in Amsterdam. Room was very clean and bed was so comfy! Free breakfast included which was delicious! Thanks so much for the wonderful stay :))

  Very clean and well-equipped rooms in a safe and quiet location near the sloterdijk station. The hosts are super friendly and the breakfast is lovely. It is almost impossible to find such a nice room in Amsterdam at this price.
