  I had to repair my e-bike on a Saturday and was so lucky to find this place open. The owner was incredibly professional and super helpful — he fixed everything quickly and made the whole experience really pleasant. We had a very nice chat, and the place itself looks amazing! It’s also conveniently located near the train station. Highly recommended!Thanks again

  Aggressive and hostile unprofessional workers. I urge you not to support this shop. It’s my second time coming here after the first bad experience and I thought maybe it was just a bad day for them. No, they are used to mistreating customers. Judging by the reviews especially foreigners. Update: hopefully the owners can review the video they have and be reminded how I patiently waited to be advised while they finished with the previous customer, patiently waited to advise my details and for the order to be printed out, patiently asked to explain and finally how I quietly walked out when the owner torn off the order off my bike in a fit of rage. These owners should not be working with people, they are dangerous.

  I believe the workers in that shop are the most disrespectful and arrogant human beings I’ve ever met in my life. They don’t have the concept of customer service or know how to explain anything to the customer without being rude to them. Seeing other comments now and remembering how they delt inside the shop between who spoke Dutch to them and who spoke English I can say they are without any further thinking racist too.

  Best bike shop in town! Have been bringing my bike here for the past 4 years and recently purchased a brand new one there (a sturdy Dutch bike). They are super friendly, always give genuine advice and I can always drop by if there's something that needs to be fixed (small or large!)

  I took my bike there for a flat tire. They charged me 65e and just pumped air into it without even checking anything else. In a few days the tire was flat again. Scammers...
