  Great spot to rent bikes, they had bikes to rent for 5 euro per hour or 10 till 5pm. We had a great bike ride and were really happy to find this place. You don’t really need bikes to go see the windmills in Zaan Schans but there is lots of beautiful surroundings with great bike paths. The bikes came with saddle bags and locks which was really helpful.

  We were standing with a broken bike halfway a cycle route, were glad we saw a bike repairman. Just informed and he got to work right away, 10 minutes later we could continue the last 20 km with a repaired gear. Absolutely TOP

  Yesterday I had my bike repaired for the first time, unfriendly staff. I waited nearby for an hour (of course I chose to do so myself), then I went back to ask how long it would take so I know if I can go home and come back, otherwise I have to walk 1 hour there and back. I came in and people pointed to my bike like yes, it's hanging there, so they want to say that they are working on it... you can also say in a normal way it will take another 10/15 minutes instead of pointing and saying nothing. There was also something with my gear. When I arrived there with my bike, I had previously indicated/asked if he could look at it and he said yes and I asked the person who was working on my bike. Maybe you have already looked at my gear. The gentleman said "I'm only going to do your tires, I'm not going to do anything else for you. I'm busy and I don't have time for that." I was really shocked by it. You can also just say in a normal tone/manner, Unfortunately, I can only do your tires because I'm too busy. It's like I'm having my bike repaired for free... no, I'm paying for it, but such bad service, I'll never come here again!
