  They are helpful, friendly and gave me a loan bike which was such a bonus. When I got my bike back, it was so clean I thought they had replaced a few parts. Good service, nice energy. I will only go to them from now on.

  I don't recommend it because when I take the bike the guy tells me that 50 euros on delivery. Zavgodz after picking it up, he tells me that 70/80 euros because he replaced something else, although he shouldn't have done so. No greetings.

  I purchased an QWIC e bike from them. They were very helpful during the purchase stage they even arranged my small request as well. Then I had a problem with brakes and they completely changed the brake system without asking anything. I am quite happy with that purchase and the dealer :)
