We had very bad shopping experience here. The staff Maudy was extremely rude and treated my clothes badly when we paid. When I told her to be gentle with my clothes she just starred at me. And of course there was no thank you or sorry or anything being said. Maybe she had a bad day but we did not do anything wrong to her and we deserved to be served better as customers.

They do very good January sales. Other retailers put out the very old items to sell (like someone went into the attic to dig out stuff from years back) and Costes actually reduce the price on current items so get in there! When not doing the sales items are really pricey that's why they don't get 5 stars but usually the only place where I can find clothing that I actually like and that not everyone is wearing.
