Closing 5 minutes before 18 is not cool. I went to get one thing, that would take 30 seconds. I asked if it’s possible to pay with visa, the lady said so i said i’ll be back with cash and ran to the atm. I got back and it was dark and closed. I work in hospitality and like to remind you closing hours are for customers. Not for employee to go home.

Love this shop John and all the staff are superb. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff, selection of cigars second to none. Never visit Zanndam without a visit to Primer tobacconist.
