  If you wanna taste Mexican food - go to Pancho’s Cantina in Zaandam! Clean ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Friendly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fast ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tasty ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you enter the restaurant it feels like you are on vacation. I love how much thought and care they put into the decorations. Food was phenomenal - quite some options for Vegans too! Price - super affordable, I was surprised how cheap it is. Service - they were busy, like I mean - they were actually busy but managed still to give a great service! All of them were super friendly even though they had a lot of stress. Toilet was clean even with so many people there. (That’s not normal, unfortunately)

  Nice option for Mexican food in Zaandam. Good location, very central; multiple options on the menu and service is amazing. I really liked the friendliness of the staff! We had chicken tacos and the spare ribs (children’s menu) the Pancho Mexican beer as also very good.

  Horrendous service, even by Dutch standards. The young waitress who took our order was very friendly, but the wait staff who delivered the drinks and food were straight up hostile. Forgot drinks, then ignored us when we flagged it. Asked how many people were sharing a platter and then brought fewer plates, only to again ignore us for a full 10 minutes until the original waitress came back and again had to apologize. I'm sure the food would have been fine had I had any while it was still hot

  Bad experience! When we arrived we were greeted by a polite waitress who let us know that the kitchen wasn’t open yet but would be in about 10 minutes. She told us we could sit at any of the tables for two, which we appreciated. A few minutes after we sat down, another lady (who was VERY rude) came over and told us they weren’t open and that we couldn’t wait there either. The way she said it made us feel like we weren’t welcome at all. It was a really disappointing experience. Wouldn’t recommend.
