  Stayed here for 3 nights and it was a lovely hotel, the rooms were a bit small but it had everything we needed and a nice added touch was there was a balcony attached. I really enjoyed this, the service was really great all the staff are super nice and accommodating. It’s in a very nice neighbourhood with a cafe right across the street and a really cool bar around the corner. The hotel also offers bike rentals if you’re brave enough. But we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.

  Hotel was clean and had all the main amenities needed for a good stay in Amsterdam. Check-in was fast and easy, and they even let us up to our room earlier. The location is great, a few min walk from Anne Frank House and other main areas. The street is located in is nice and quiet at night and has a café right across.

  A very unsatisfactory experience at this hotel. The room was unbelievably small. During check-in, the staff member didn’t even make sure I knew how to use the heater and quickly left — all staff leave by 4:00 PM. The lobby also closes, so what’s the point of having it if guests can’t relax or spend time there? There are no services at all, not even a phone to contact reception. The hotel is extremely basic, with poor staff responsiveness. I asked one staff member for help, but he ignored me completely, walked away, and left me waiting. My room key card stopped working, and they just gave me a regular key instead. The rooms are very cramped, and when I asked to change, they said I had to pay extra. The bed linens were very dirty, and there was no wardrobe or space to store luggage. No bathroom slippers or toothbrush provided. It feels more like a private dorm room than a hotel. I absolutely do not recommend staying here.

  This hotel is absolutely fantastic 😍 All the furniture is new, super comfortable and impeccably clean. The staff will do their best to make your stay the nicest possible.

  Had a great experience staying in the Adam suites hotel, we initially booked for one night and extended our trip which meant the room we were in first night was unavailable the second evening, however both rooms were spotless clean and well decorated, central location would recommend.
