  Not happy at all! Got scammed for instalation cost (75€) with new contrac for internet. After visiting Odido in Amsterdam and call with client service got information, that they can’t help be, because the mistake was made in Odido Zaandam so if we want to fix our problem, we have to talk with the EXACT person who made the contract and the chance is 50-50, that i’ll get my money back, since we got charged for something, which IS FREE also on Odido site! “Thank you Odido” for -75€

  I went to buy a new phone and I've received excellent advice and service from Bianca! She really listened to what I was looking for, she took the time to check the difference between the models, she answered all my questions, she's the best!! From the short interactions I had with them, the other employees also seemed helpful and friendly. Very good shop to go to.
