  Unfortunately i had a bad experience last night. The woman that gave me a massage would push the vertebrae in my neck several times through the session. I got very scared. I told her at the end that i really didn't like that as it is dangerous. She claimed that she has 10 years of experience and that i'm confusing the bones with the muscles. I didn't get any kind of compensation or apology. I am 100% sure she pressed the vertebrae in my neck several times. To me it didn't look like she had 10 years of experience...I still have pain in the bones in my neck. Really not nice. I have no idea if these people have proper training. Unfortunately, this profession is not regulated so in theory anyone can give massages. I don't want to return here ever again. The minimum you expect is that they know how to safely give a massage. Applying pressure on the vertebrae is a NO NO.

  I booked a massage for two people and upon arrival it wasnt available unless we’d wait for 45 minutes. I said thats fine if they would make it up with something like a discount. They declined. Eventually they said theyd solved it but they still made us wait 30 minutes so we just left. Very weird service. We came all the way there for nothing!

  It was a sad massage, with a overwhelmed masseuse that clearly hates her job because they made her work while she has flu
