  Love the store, but to let your child visit the toilet you need to pay cash, and the registers don't allow you to withdraw cash for the toilet. Who carries cash in 2025?

  Love this shop. They have a great selection of office supplies, interior, clothes, and restaurant for lunch with entertainment for kids. The only wish would be for more selection of food and free toilets for paying guests.

  It’s not possible to use such basic thing as a toilet,even if you are a client of a store and restorant.You need to buy one more time to buy a ticket for toilet,but if you’re two-than twice. I’ve never saw such redneckness

  First of all, food in Hema hase became unnecessary expensive. Product quality is not good also. Very small portions. If you have had bought food in the restaurant you still need to pay for the toilet 70ct!
