  They do not respect the price on the tags. Two exact same items were priced the same, I wanted to take one and did not allow me, they claimed I needed to pay 70% more!! And when I brought the exact same item to show them they had the same price tag, they just said it was a mistake and was not their problem, I said it was neither mine and I wanted the price to be respected, they refused so I left without the item. I felt attacked and not valued as a customer, will not reccommend this shop where clearly the customer comes last. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a thrift shop, avoid this place.

  I called to make an appointment to give away most of my valuable items on 13/09/2024 at 11 a.m. This man answered the phone, asked for my details in a nasty tone and literally started shouting at me when I didn't understand his vague questions. I don't know in what universe he thinks people would willingly give away their things for free to a rude person who would then go and make money from selling them. Definitely not in the universe I live in. I hope he didn't try to make anyone else as miserable as he clearly was after I hung up on him.

  Young guy treated us really unprofessional, and overall bad experience
