Giving it 1 start because out of the 5 times I was there 1 time it was useful. The advice that they give was wrong and I bought the wrong product. Also bought a child "mand" for my son, and saw it half the price in another store. If go here, please check prices and get advice somewhere else 1st. Service of the personel is also not great.

On my way home this afternoon, I unfortunately got a flat tire. My bike could be repaired that same afternoon. I was given a loaner bike. After an hour, I received a text message that my bike was ready. The cost was immediately stated, which was nice; it was immediately clear. I replaced the inner tube and outer tire immediately, which I had already agreed to. Excellent service that it was fixed so quickly. The staff was also friendly.

Very nice, good service. The stand of our cargo bike was broken/bent, and we had already prepared ourselves for a fairly expensive replacement. But the bike repairman arranged for us to get a new one under warranty (while the cargo bike was not purchased from them). Very happy with it.

Also known as the "fussy" bicycle mechanic. Makes it clear that he prefers not to work with certain brands. If you happen to own a bike like this, their attitude can indeed come across as disinterested. Of course, this does not include any possible expertise. 18-9-2024. Still thinking about whether I should give an update about this in response to the owner. It's good that there is a response to it, of course. Only the suggestion is made that I asked for a guarantee. Unfortunately this is not the case, I just went to the shop and they didn't want to work on my bike. That is possible and allowed! But in my opinion, a bicycle repair shop is a bicycle repair shop, and not a brand dealer. That's the end of it for me.
