Slow puncture on my Brompton rear wheel. Efficiently repaired on 15 July, but recurred same afternoon. The problem was the Schwalbe tyre, which they replaced. This is not the sort of mistake I expect from a specialist.

I had a flat on my little fold up Brompton en route to Hasselt at 3pm on a Friday afternoon. They fixed it within an hour even though it’s probably not the sort of bike they see on a regular basis. After regretfully having had to refuse help from a kind Skoda driver I still made it back to where I’d left my car after a week long boat journey , thanks to their professional and efficient service! 👍
