  Thank you Michiel for all your help in getting me back on my e bike with a Bosch intuvia display the company kept in stock as I had left mine at home in the Uk. A few problems with paying but we got there in the end and you went above and beyond trying to help. Thank you again

  I would like to praise the shop employees for trying to solved all the issues with sale of the bike through BFN program not caused by them. The service in the shop was excellent and I can recommend it.

  Delivered quickly because the blue one was in stock at Batavus and the Sangria mat that would take a while as a demo in the right size was in the store. Picked it up today in Zwolle just before the official opening. Waited 2.5 weeks and helped nicely. This afternoon at the caravan immediately mounted the necessary Vr gr Jurgo and Daphne Boogerd

  The service in the store is good, but the rest of the process was poor. The bike was delivered much later than agreed upon. You weren't informed about this; you had to figure it out yourself. After contacting customer service several times, they promised to get back to you with more information, but that didn't happen until you indicated you wanted to cancel the order.

  I bought the gazelle Grenoble c8, the bike was no longer available in the store, it was still available via the site, after waiting for 1.5 weeks I was called that it was in. When I picked up the bike I was helped well by Erik, good explanation about the bike, he adjusted the bike well and arranged everything else well. In short, friendly people in the store, well helped and I am happy with my new bike!! Thanks fietsvoordeelshop Zwolle!
