  If you see these vans/taxis driving, keep enough distance. Driving behavior doesn't make any sense, on the highway you are almost run down by a female driver. Does she appear to be doing completely different things in the car?

  Worst taxi company! It all started when I tried to book a taxi. It was a hassle to even get someone on the phone, and when I finally made contact, I was greeted with a surly employee who showed no interest in my wants or needs. He seemed almost irritated by my questions and made me feel like I was disturbing him. What irritated me most during the ride was the unprofessional attitude of the driver. He seemed more interested in his own business than providing decent service to his customers. He drove slowly and hesitantly, and I had the feeling that he was completely unfamiliar with the streets of Zwolle, which made the ride take much longer than necessary. The icing on the cake was that the condition of the taxi was absolutely terrible. The inside of the car was dirty and smelled musty, which made me feel uncomfortable during the entire ride. I expected at least a clean and tidy car when I paid for it. The height of my dissatisfaction came when the driver charged me far too high a fare. When I asked for an explanation of the price, he simply shrugged his shoulders and mumbled something unintelligible. It felt like a scam and made me suspicious of their pricing policy. Do yourself a favor and look for a more reliable and professional taxi company in Zwolle.

  I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience with taxi company JW in Zwolle. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this ride at all and am very disappointed with the services provided. Firstly, communication with this company was a major disappointment. I called well in advance to reserve a taxi, but was met with a rude and uninterested employee on the phone. He made me feel like he had no desire to help me at all and had an indifferent attitude towards my questions. On the day of the planned trip, the taxi arrived much later than agreed. This made me feel extremely rushed and almost missed my appointment. When the taxi finally arrived, the driver was anything but friendly. He didn't even greet me and completely ignored my greeting. It seemed that he had no interest in his work and was not customer focused at all. Moreover, the condition of the taxi was downright unpleasant. The car was dirty and messy, which made me feel unsanitary. I expect at least some level of cleanliness and professionalism from a taxi company. During the ride, the driver drove recklessly and seemed to have no regard for my comfort or safety at all. He cut other cars in a dangerous way and hit the brakes hard, making me feel uncomfortable and unsafe during the whole trip. Upon arriving at my destination, I asked for a receipt for my expense records, but to my surprise the driver claimed he could not provide receipts. This struck me as an excuse not to have to be transparent about the fare. All in all, my experience with taxi company JW in Zwolle was far from positive. Their lack of customer service, unfriendly driver, unsanitary vehicle and reckless driving left me deeply disappointed. I will certainly not recommend this company to others and will book my taxis elsewhere in the future. I hope they seriously reconsider their services and attitude towards customers because this way they will lose their customers quickly.
